A Note for Longevity & Prosperity Artisan Raffle Winners
This page is here for those who participated in the Longevity and Prosperity raffles in February/March 2022, who are now looking to pre-order further designs in this series.
Those of you who have participated in my raffles over the last year are some of my biggest supporters! It's because of you that I'm now able to open my shop up for larger pre-order sales, and to make improvements and changes to my designs. I want to thank you for your early support AND to make sure you still get the benefits of any improvements I'm able to make.
This pre-order release of the Auspicious artisans includes new-and-improved versions from the original raffle releases of these designs, including a thicker base, a filled stem, and more accurate details. New versions also have a different finish from the original raffle versions, with a more bead blasted appearance and a slightly more satin-y sheen (versus the brushed appearance of the raffle artisans). If you participated in the earlier raffle and want to make sure that your new artisans will match your old ones, or if you want to know how the bundle discounts will apply to raffle winners, please read on!

The below options apply to those people who participated in the Longevity and Prosperity raffles in February/March 2022. I’ll be cross-checking against my list of Ws to confirm that you participated in the raffle. These options may only be available for a limited time.

OPTION 1: EXCHANGE
You have the option to exchange your old raffle artisans for the new versions, free of charge! This will ensure that you receive a matching set that fits perfectly.
To do this, purchase the items of your choice to round out your set. In the order notes at checkout, please note that you’d like to exchange your raffle artisans and indicate which ones. I will then follow up with an email including a pre-paid return shipping label. You will drop your old artisans off in the mail and I’ll send you back a replacement along with the items you purchased.
This is the most complicated option, so if you’d like to go this route, I encourage you to email me or DM me on social media and we can talk through the process individually!
(Reminder: it takes 10-16 weeks to ship artisan pre-orders, and your exchanged and purchased items will shop together. If you select this option you will have a waiting period before you receive your exchanged artisans).
OPTION 2: DIFFERENT FINISH
“But I like the artisans I already have! I don’t want to bother with shipping something back!”
No problem! Exchanging your artisans is totally optional. However, if you still want to make sure that your artisans match as much as possible, leave a note at checkout requesting the old finish and I will be sure to make your piece(s) to match the finish used in the raffle.
(Please note, however, that your new artisans and old artisans will have different bases, so the height and other details may not match exactly. The exchange option above is the only way that I can guarantee a perfect matching set.)
OPTION 3: DO NOTHING
The above options aren’t required. If you want to keep your raffle artisans as-is and get the new versions with the new finish, that’s fine! I currently don’t have plans to bring the old, brushed finish back for future versions of these pieces, so you can consider your raffle artisans a “special edition”. :) However please keep in mind that I’m only offering the above options for a limited time, so if you change your mind and want to exchange your raffle artisans in future, you may not have that option.
A NOTE ABOUT DISCOUNTS:
There are currently two types of pre-order discounts going for the Auspicious artisan series, a 1U artisan trio bundle, and a 1U and matching necklace bundle. You can find both here.
Each one offers roughly 15% off versus purchasing the items separately. I would like to honor these discounts for my raffle winners as well! For instance, if you already won a Prosperity and Longevity artisan but would like a Double Happiness artisan to round out your collection, I want you to have the same discount you would have gotten from purchasing the bundle set today. However it’s not possible to generate one coupon code that will work for every combination of purchases that raffle winners might make. If you'd like to make sure that you receive the proper discount, please email me at glyphartisans [at] gmail [dot] com or DM me on Discord or Instagram and let me know which items you currently have and what you'd like to purchase. If it's eligible for a discount, I will send you a personalized purchase link that includes your discounted items.
