This new-and-improved version of the Longevity artisan features a thicker base, a filled stem, and more accurate details. The new version also has a different finish from the original raffle version, with a more bead blasted appearance and a slightly more satin-y sheen. GENERAL INFO
Unlike most metal artisans on the market, none of my work is machined. All artisans are cast and finished by hand and as such will come with minor cosmetic variations that make them special and unique to the user. Photos have been taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible, and have been edited only to remove background dust. No edits to the artisans themselves have been made. In the case of Ready to Ship items, you will receive the exact item that you see in photos. In the case of Made to Order/Pre-order items, your exact item will be made after you place your order.
Because my artisans are heavier and larger than most, they may fit some builds and use cases better than others. I have tried my best to test my artisans on a number of boards, in different locations on the boards, and using a combination of different switches (both linear and tactile), springs, and stabilizers. While I have yet to find a use case that doesn't work, I cannot guarantee that that they will fit every build universally.
As a rule, refunds and exchanges are allowed only in the case of structural issues or severe cosmetic damage upon arrival. You must report these within 72 hours of receipt. That said, if you are unhappy in any way, please let me know and I will do whatever I reasonably can to assist.
